Should the County do what the report says and align land use plans with infrastructure investments?
One of the recommendations made by the Clear Creek County Housing Strategy is "Aligning land use plans and infrastructure investments to support development ready lots appropriate for housing locals."
What are your thoughts on this recommendation? Do you think that this recommendation makes sense? What concerns do you have about doing this? What should Clear Creek County keep in mind if we do this?
