Introduction:

Clear Creek County is considering three proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of the County-owned property at 445 West Dumont Road (Parcel 5). All proposals were required to include an affordable housing component in order to receive consideration.

Background:

On May 5th, 2021, Clear Creek County published a Request for Development Proposals (RFDP) for the purchase and redevelopment of the County-owned property at 445 West Dumont Road. The goals of the project are as follows:

  1. Provide permanently affordable housing
  2. Satisfy the interests of the local community
  3. Support the fiscal stewardship responsibilities of Clear Creek County
  4. Elevate the quality of life of Clear Creek County residents and the residents of the proposed project
  5. Reflect the culture of the community and the aesthetic and environment of the property's location

In response to the RFDP the County received 3 proposals (Proposal A, Proposal B, and Proposal C) which are available to view under the "Documents" section on the right side of this page or under the VIEW & COMMENT tab below.

Virtual Public Meeting Event:

On August 12th between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, Clear Creek County will host a virtual Public Meeting to discuss the three proposals. No RSVP is required for the virtual public meeting event.
