The Clear Creek Board of County Commissioners are asking for your participating in a short survey to understand how many businesses in the County would be interested in participating in the 5 Star State Certification Program. The 5 Star State Certification is a program set up at the county level through an administrative committee who is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the program. It allows businesses who implement safety measures beyond what is already required by public health orders and guidelines to accelerate their reopening. Depending on where their county falls on the COVID-19 dial, certified businesses are eligible for less restrictive capacity caps. The information you provide will help the Board of County Commissioners decide whether to create the program.
Please review your respective industry mitigation strategy sheet to understand the participation requirements prior to filling out the survey.

Please know that based on Clear Creek County's current test positivity rate, we are not eligible to implement the 5 Star State Certification but the Board of County Commissioners plans to make a decision about whether to create the program knowing our numbers our trending down.
