About the CCRHA

The Clear Creek Regional Housing Authority (CCRHA) is a multi-jurisdictional housing authority comprised of all five governmental entities of Clear Creek County joining as Contributing Partners.

The fifth of the five Contributing Partners approved and signed the Intergovernmental agreement on November 26, 2024. The CCRHA was registered with the Colorado Division or Governments in February of 2025.The CCRHA Board was convened and met for the first time on March 3, 2025. Are you passionate about housing and community development in Clear Creek County? The Clear Creek Regional Housing Authority is seeking two people to fill the “At-Large” positions on the Board of Directors.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older on the effective date of appointment.
• Must be a resident of Clear Creek County, Colorado.

As a board member, you’ll play a vital role in shaping housing policies, supporting affordable housing efforts, and ensuring that the needs of our residents are met. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the future of housing in Clear Creek County.
